Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Concord, MA

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital in Concord, Massachusetts on a 13-week contract. Meditech charting is used for daily documentation and coordination of care.

• Monitor adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Assess cardiac rhythms and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Coordinate care with the nursing team and providers
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in the chart
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from ARC or AHA
• Travel nursing experience
• Telemetry nursing experience

• Meditech charting experience
