Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Concord, MA

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult patients in a hospital telemetry unit on a 13-week contract in Concord, Massachusetts. The role focuses on telemetry and neuro care in a hospital setting.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Perform focused medical-surgical and neuro assessments
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Coordinate care with the care team
• Document patient status and responses to care
• Educate patients and families on care plans

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• 3 years of MS/tele experience
• Travel experience
• Strong telemetry and neuro skills
