Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Concord, MA

A Travel Med Surg / Telemetry Registered Nurse will care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Concord, Massachusetts. The unit focuses on cardiac monitoring and general inpatient recovery.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and report changes
• Assess medical-surgical patients and prioritize care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Perform routine nursing interventions and safety checks

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification through ARC or AHA
• Travel Registered Nurse experience
• Telemetry nursing experience
