Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Concord, MA

A Travel Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide care for patients in a hospital setting on a 13-week contract in Concord, Massachusetts. The unit uses Meditech and focuses on medical-surgical and telemetry care.

• Assess patients and track changes in condition
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and report abnormal findings
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses in Meditech
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge needs

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from ARC or AHA
• 3 years of medical-surgical/telemetry experience
• Travel nursing experience
• Meditech experience
