Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Concord, MA

A Travel Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care for adult med-surg and telemetry patients in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Concord, Massachusetts. The role supports neuro-focused care and uses Meditech charting.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and escalate changes
• Assess neuro status and general medical-surgical needs
• Administer medications and manage routine treatments
• Coordinate care with physicians and the care team
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Support patient and family education for recovery

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from ARC or AHA
• Travel nursing experience
• Strong telemetry experience
• Strong neuro experience
• Medical-surgical nursing experience

• Meditech charting experience
