Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Concord, MA

A Travel Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide direct care in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Concord, Massachusetts. The role supports adult telemetry and neuro patients in a medical-surgical unit.

• Monitor telemetry rhythms and neuro status
• Assess patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with providers and the care team
• Document assessments and interventions accurately
• Support discharge teaching and patient education

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from ARC or AHA
• Travel Registered Nurse experience
• Telemetry experience
• Neuro experience
• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Meditech charting experience
