Travel Med Surg / Telemetry RN in Concord, MA

A Travel Med Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide inpatient care in a hospital unit on a 13-week contract in Concord, Massachusetts. Meditech charting is used.

• Assess and monitor patients with med surg and telemetry needs
• Administer medications and support ordered treatments
• Track cardiac rhythms and report changes promptly
• Document care in Meditech and update the plan of care
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient needs
• Support patient education and discharge preparation

• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
• 3 years of prior Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Meditech experience
