A Travel Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide bedside care on a medical-surgical unit in an acute care hospital on a 26-week contract in West Des Moines, Iowa. The role supports adult patients in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

• Assess patient conditions and report changes
• Administer medications and maintain safe care
• Monitor vital signs and respond to clinical needs
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Document care and patient progress
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Collaborate with the care team

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
