Travel Med Surg RN in Salt Lake City, UT

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will care for adult medical-surgical patients on a hospital unit in Salt Lake City, Utah for a 13-week contract. The mixed unit has 34 beds, uses Epic, and commonly works with 1:6 ratios.

• Assess and monitor medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and coordinate daily care
• Perform Foley insertion and central line dressing changes
• Use bladder scanner and vein finder support tools as needed
• Document care in Epic
• Collaborate with charge nurses, technicians, and the care team
• Support admissions, discharges, and handoff reporting

• Utah Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Basic arrhythmia knowledge

• ACLS certification
• Charge nurse experience
