Travel Med Surg RN in Portland, OR

A Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care for patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon. The role uses the nursing process, clinical judgment, and teamwork to support care across the unit.

• Assess and plan care for assigned patients
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient response
• Coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
• Document care and communicate changes in patient condition
• Support a safe, organized patient care environment

• Current Oregon Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Medical-surgical nursing experience
• Clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to coordinate care and supervise assigned staff
