Travel Med Surg RN in Portland, OR

A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will provide coordinated nursing care for assigned patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon.

• Assess assigned patients and update care priorities
• Deliver prescribed medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
• Monitor patient responses and escalate changes promptly
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes clearly

• Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Clinical assessment, care coordination, and teamwork skills
• Ability to organize care for multiple patients
