Per Diem Med Surg RN in Portland, OR

A Per Diem Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide bedside nursing care for adult med-surg patients in an acute care hospital in Portland, Oregon. The role uses Epic for charting and supports rapid response, code team, line care, oxygen therapy, and isolation precautions.

• Assess patients and update care plans
• Administer medications and monitor response
• Manage peripheral lines and IV therapy
• Support oxygen delivery and noninvasive airway care
• Assist rapid response and code teams
• Maintain isolation precautions and infection control
• Document care in Epic

• Current Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS from AHA
• 1 year of acute care hospital experience
• Medical-surgical nursing experience
• Epic charting experience
