A Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse will deliver coordinated nursing care for patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care using the nursing process
- Assess patients and respond to changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines
- Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
- Support safe transitions through discharge planning
Qualifications
- Oregon Registered Nurse license
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Clinical judgment, communication, and independent practice skills
