Per Diem Med Surg RN in Portland, OR

A Per Diem Medical Surgical Registered Nurse will provide med-surg care in an acute care hospital in Portland, Oregon. Epic charting is used in a teaching hospital setting.

• Assess and monitor medical-surgical patients
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Support rapid response and code team activities
• Manage peripheral lines and oxygen delivery
• Maintain isolation precautions and PPE use
• Document care in Epic and coordinate with the care team

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• One year of acute care hospital experience
• Epic experience
