Travel LPN in Playa Vista, CA

A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will provide urgent care support in a clinic in Playa Vista, California on a 13-week contract. The unit serves adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics with acute sickness, injuries, and multiple diagnoses. Epic is used for charting.

• Collect vital signs and patient data
• Assist with urgent care triage and assessments
• Start and maintain IV access
• Perform phlebotomy, EKG collection, and urine collection
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccines
• Provide wound care, cast care, and catheter support

• Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification through AHA or ARC
• IV therapy and blood draw certification
• 1 year of urgent care or emergency room experience
• 2 years of outpatient experience

• Epic charting system experience
