A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will provide nursing care in the home health setting on a 13-week contract in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. The role supports patients and families at home, with care focused on documentation, rehabilitation, prevention, and coordination with the care team. • Provide nursing care in patients' homes

• Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse license
