A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct nursing care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Lawton, Oklahoma. The med surg setting serves infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

• Provide direct nursing care to med surg patients across age groups
• Develop and carry out individualized plans of care
• Monitor patient status and report changes to the RN
• Administer medications and routine treatments within scope
• Document care, observations and patient responses
• Collaborate with nursing and ancillary team members

• Active Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
