A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will provide long-term care for residents in a long-term care unit on a 13-week contract in Lakin, Kansas. First-time travelers are welcome, and the setting supports steady bedside care with Point of Care charting.

• Provide routine nursing care for long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments within scope
• Monitor resident status and report changes promptly
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and care plan implementation
• Document assessments, care, and responses in the chart
• Support teamwork with nursing assistants and the care team

• 2 years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience
• Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse license or compact license
• Basic Life Support certification
