Travel LPN in Charlevoix, MI

A Travel Licensed Practical Nurse will support resident care in a long-term care nursing home for a 13-week contract in Charlevoix, Michigan. The unit serves rehabilitation and nursing home residents with direct supervision and patient- and family-centered care.

• Assist staff nurses with routine resident care and treatment
• Monitor resident status and report changes promptly
• Support rehabilitation and daily living activities
• Provide basic bedside nursing interventions in long-term care
• Document care, observations, and resident responses
• Communicate clearly with residents and the care team

• Michigan Licensed Practical Nurse license
• BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program
• Safe bedside care and resident monitoring skills
