Travel Long Term Acute Care RN in Columbia, SC

A Travel Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse will provide care for adults and geriatrics in a long-term acute care hospital during a 13-week contract in Columbia, South Carolina. The unit has an average daily census of 15 and supports patients with therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and social services.

• Monitor telemetry and identify rhythm changes
• Provide care for adults and geriatrics with complex medical needs
• Manage tracheostomy care and airway support
• Perform complex wound care
• Complete focused neurological assessments
• Coordinate care with therapy, respiratory, pharmacy, radiology, and social services

• South Carolina Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification
• 1 year of medical-surgical telemetry experience
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and management skills
• Tracheostomy care and complex wound care skills

• LTAC experience
