Travel Long Term Acute Care RN in Denver, CO

A Travel Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse will provide direct care to complex patients in a long-term acute care hospital during a 13-week contract in Denver, Colorado. The unit serves telemetry patients at a 1:6 ratio and manages ventilator, tracheostomy, and central line care.

• Assess and monitor complex patients
• Manage ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Support central line care and maintenance
• Administer medications and treatments
• Document assessments, responses, and care plans
• Coordinate with the care team on patient needs
• Supervise assigned patient care activities

• Active Colorado or multistate compact Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience
• Knowledge of central lines

• Wound care experience
