Travel Long Term Acute Care RN in Los Angeles, CA

A Travel Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a long-term acute care hospital on a 12-week contract in Los Angeles, California. The unit serves chronically ill patients with telemetry monitoring and ventilator and tracheostomy support.

• Assess and monitor patient status and respiratory needs
• Plan and deliver nursing care using the nursing process
• Administer treatments and medications as ordered
• Support ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Delegate tasks and supervise assigned personnel
• Document patient response and clinical updates

• California Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience
• Critical thinking and clinical judgment
