Travel Long Term Acute Care RN in Chattanooga, TN

A Travel Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse will provide patient care in a long-term acute care hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee on a 13-week contract. The unit supports telemetry patients with vent and trach needs, central lines, and wound care needs, with ratios up to 6:1.

• Assess patients and plan care using the nursing process
• Monitor telemetry and respiratory status
• Support vent and trach care needs
• Manage central lines and related treatments
• Provide wound care and other ongoing therapies
• Delegate and supervise assigned patient care tasks
• Document care, response, and changes in condition

• Tennessee Registered Nurse license or multistate compact Registered Nurse license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Vent and trach care experience
• Knowledge of central lines

• Wound care experience
