Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Virginia

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will support care in a hospital labor and delivery unit in Richmond, Virginia, on a 13-week contract. The unit has 16 LDR rooms, 3 operating rooms, and 3 triage spaces, with AWHONN ratios as the goal and CPN and Meditech used for charting.

• Provide labor, delivery, recovery, and triage care
• Assist with antepartum and newborn care
• Circulate for cesarean deliveries
• Monitor fetal and maternal status
• Support breastfeeding and patient education
• Collaborate with the care team and charge nurse

• Virginia Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS and NRP certification
• Intermediate fetal heart monitoring within the previous 2 years
• Labor and delivery experience

• Experience in facilities with more than 3,000 births per year
