Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Portland, OR

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide obstetric and newborn care in an acute care hospital on a 16-week contract in Portland, Oregon. The unit serves women of child bearing years and newborns, with 43 beds, Epic charting, and OBIX fetal monitoring. High-risk labor support is part of the role.

• Monitor labor progress and fetal heart patterns
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Provide antepartum, postpartum, and newborn care
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and oxytocin
• Perform maternal and newborn assessments
• Support neonatal resuscitation and thermoregulation
• Document patient care in Epic

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
• 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience
• Epic charting experience

• AWHONN Intermediate certification
• High-risk obstetric care experience
• Blood and blood product administration
• Non Stress Test interpretation
