Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Medford, OR

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Medford, Oregon. The 8-bed LDRP unit serves antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery patients, uses Epic charting, and welcomes first-time travelers.

• Assess antepartum, labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery patients
• Monitor fetal heart patterns and maternal status
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Circulate during cesarean sections and support OR care
• Provide triage, stabilization, and recovery care
• Document care in Epic and coordinate with the team
• Support newborn care and family teaching

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• AWHONN Intermediate certification
• Basic Life Support certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
• 2 years of labor and delivery experience
• Cesarean section circulation, external fetal monitoring, sterile vaginal exam, and triage skills

• AWHONN Advanced certification
• STABLE certification
• Level I Nursery experience
• Spiral electrode placement skill
