Per Diem Labor and Delivery RN in Portland, OR

A Per Diem Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care for laboring and postpartum patients in an acute care hospital in Portland, Oregon. Epic charting supports a busy obstetric setting with antepartum, triage, circulating and recovery care, and fetal monitoring.

• Assess labor, antepartum, postpartum, and triage patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond to changes
• Assist with circulating, recovery, and delivery room support
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and ordered infusions
• Support central lines, insulin, heparin, magnesium, and IUPC care
• Document care in Epic and coordinate with the obstetric team

• Oregon Registered Nurse license
• 1.5 years of recent labor and delivery experience
• BLS certification from AHA
• NRP certification
• Epic experience
• Experience with antepartum, circulating and recovery care, triage, fetal monitoring, and obstetric infusions
