Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Ontario, OR

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care for laboring and postpartum patients in an obstetrics unit at an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Ontario, Oregon. The unit cares for laboring and postpartum patients and uses fetal heart monitoring.

• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor
• Administer ordered medications, IV therapies, and pain management
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and immediate newborn care
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and recovery
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes

• Current Oregon Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN fetal heart monitoring certifications
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
