Travel Labor and Delivery RN in Houston, TX

A Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will provide care for laboring patients in a hospital in Houston, Texas on a 13-week contract. The unit includes LDR, OBED, antepartum, PACU and OR areas, with Meditech/CPN charting and 1:1-2 ratios.

• Assess laboring patients and respond to changes in maternal and fetal status
• Monitor labor progress and coordinate care with the provider team
• Assist with circulating cesarean deliveries and related operative support
• Care for antepartum and OBED patients as needed
• Document assessments, interventions and responses in the charting system

• Texas Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• BLS, ACLS and NRP

• C-EFM
• Bilingual Spanish
