Travel Intermediate Care RN in Thomasville, GA

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide care in a hospital stepdown unit on a 13-week contract in Thomasville, Georgia. The unit serves intermediate care patients who need close monitoring and support with IV therapy and lab collection.

• Assess intermediate care patients
• Monitor responses to titrated drips
• Initiate and maintain IV access
• Collect labs and specimens
• Coordinate care with the treatment team
• Document assessments and interventions

• Active Georgia Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS
• One year recent Critical Care and ICU experience
• IV start and lab draw skills
• Experience titrating critical drips

• Previous travel experience
• MS/Tele or telemetry background
• PCU, DOU, IMC, or stepdown background
• Telemetry oncology experience
