Travel Intermediate Care RN in Atlanta, GA

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide care for intermediate medical and step-down patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Atlanta, Georgia. The unit serves a mix of respiratory, cardiac, thoracic surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, and head and neck surgery patients, including those on room air, BIPAP, or Optiflow.

• Monitor intermediate and step-down patients
• Assess respiratory and cardiac status
• Support care for post-surgical patients
• Administer ordered treatments and medications
• Collaborate with the care team
• Respond to changes in patient condition

• Georgia Registered Nurse license
• American Heart Association BLS
• 2 years of recent intermediate care experience

• ACLS
• NIHSS
• High-risk respiratory patient care
• Step-down and telemetry experience
