Travel Intermediate Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will care for step-down patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The role supports close monitoring and coordinated bedside care in a high-acuity unit.

• Monitor and assess step-down patients for changes in condition
• Administer medications and support ordered treatments
• Track cardiac rhythms and report concerning findings
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Prepare patients for transfers, procedures, and discharge planning

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license in hand
• 12 months of permanent experience in intermediate care or step-down nursing
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
