Travel Intermediate Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse will provide intermediate care for neuro patients in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The unit emphasizes close neurologic monitoring and cardiac rhythm surveillance for adult patients.

• Monitor neurologic status and report changes promptly
• Assess cardiac rhythms and respond to telemetry changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary staff
• Document assessments, interventions and patient progress
• Support admissions, transfers and discharge teaching

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• 12 months permanent experience in stepdown neuro or intermediate care

• PCU or progressive care experience
