Travel Intermediate Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide care for neuro stepdown patients in a hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The role supports close monitoring, medication management, and coordinated response to changes in condition.

• Monitor neuro stepdown patients for changes in condition
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Perform focused assessments and document patient status
• Collaborate with the care team on treatment plans
• Respond to neurological or cardiac changes and escalate concerns
• Support safe telemetry and rhythm interpretation

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state Registered Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• 12 months of permanent experience in intermediate care

• PCU or progressive care experience
