Travel Intermediate Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will care for adult cardiology step-down patients in an acute care hospital in Cleveland, Ohio on a 13-week contract. The unit focuses on close cardiac monitoring and step-down nursing support.

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and assess changes in step-down patients
• Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Provide patient education and discharge support
• Document assessments, interventions and responses to treatment
• Prioritize and respond to changes in condition

• Active Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• 12 months of permanent intermediate care experience
• ACLS, BLS and NIHSS certifications
