Travel Intermediate Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will care for step-down patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The unit serves cardiovascular surgery patients and relies on rhythm monitoring and high-acuity nursing support.

• Monitor cardiovascular step-down patients and report changes
• Assess patients, prioritize needs, and update care plans
• Administer medications and ordered treatments safely
• Support telemetry monitoring and rhythm recognition
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact-state Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and NIH Stroke Scale certification
• 12 months of permanent intermediate care nursing experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
