Travel Intermediate Care RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide care in a stepdown unit at an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, has 42 beds, uses Epic charting, and supports cardiac monitoring and drips in a teaching Level II trauma hospital. First-time travelers are welcome.

• Provide stepdown care for adults and geriatrics
• Monitor telemetry and respond to rhythm changes
• Titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Manage post-cardiac, chest pain, and heart cath patients
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and oxygen support
• Collaborate with rapid response and interdisciplinary teams

• Active Registered Nurse license in Washington
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of PCU/stepdown experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Cardiac and vasoactive drip titration

• Epidural analgesia
• Renal transplant experience
• Previous charge experience
• Teaching hospital experience
