Travel Intermediate Care RN in Keene, NH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will coordinate care for adult-geriatric patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Keene, New Hampshire. The unit uses Epic and supports patient and family teaching with collaborative nursing care.

• Coordinate total nursing care for stepdown patients
• Monitor condition changes and respond to clinical needs
• Administer ordered treatments and medications
• Provide patient and family teaching
• Collaborate with nursing and ancillary team members
• Document care and patient progress in Epic

• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Basic Life Support certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or compact license
