Travel Intermediate Care RN in New London, NH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide nursing care in a stepdown med surg unit at a critical access hospital in New London, New Hampshire on a 13-week contract. The unit uses EPIC charting, serves patients at up to a 1:6 ratio, and has support from LNA staff, a nurse lead, and a house supervisor.

• Assess and monitor stepdown patients
• Implement individualized nursing care plans
• Administer medications and ordered treatments
• Document care and changes in EPIC
• Collaborate with the care team
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Support patient education and discharge planning

• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification from AHA
• ACLS certification from AHA
