Travel Intermediate Care RN in New London, NH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide care on a stepdown unit in a critical access hospital on a 13-week contract in New London, New Hampshire. The assignment uses EPIC and has patient ratios of up to 6:1. Support includes LNAs, a nurse lead, and a house supervisor.

• Monitor intermediate care patients and report changes in condition
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other ordered treatments
• Coordinate care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Perform patient assessments, documentation, and handoff communication
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and bedside education

• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
