A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will coordinate care for adult-geriatric patients in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Keene, New Hampshire. The unit uses Epic and emphasizes patient and family teaching with team-based nursing care.

• Coordinate care for adult-geriatric stepdown patients
• Monitor assessments and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with nurses, providers and ancillary staff
• Support patient and family teaching throughout care
• Document care accurately and maintain professional standards

• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license
• Compact Registered Nurse license accepted
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
