Travel Intermediate Care RN in Cleveland, OH

A Travel Intermediate Care Registered Nurse will provide stepdown care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Cleveland, Ohio. The unit serves med/surg telemetry patients with cardiovascular surgery needs.

• Monitor telemetry and assess cardiac rhythms
• Provide stepdown nursing care for medically complex patients
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol
• Reassess patients and report condition changes promptly
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans

• Ohio Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• BLS, ACLS and NIHSS certifications
• 12 months of permanent experience in intermediate care or stepdown nursing
