Travel ICU RN in West Hollywood, CA

A Travel ICU Registered Nurse will care for critically ill adults in the intensive care unit on a 15-week contract in West Hollywood, California. The 24-bed unit uses Epic charting and sees adults and geriatrics with transplant, neuro, respiratory failure and hemodynamic instability needs.

• Assess critically ill adults and older adults
• Manage ventilated patients and airway support
• Titrate cardiac and vasoactive infusions
• Monitor arterial, central and pulmonary artery lines
• Administer blood products, sedatives and IV insulin protocols
• Support dysrhythmia management, procedures and rapid response care

• California Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS and NIHSS
• 2 years of ICU experience
• Teaching hospital and prior travel experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring experience

• CCRN
• Transplant experience
• EVD experience
• CRRT experience
