Travel ICU RN in West Des Moines, IA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in West Des Moines, Iowa. The ICU unit supports critically ill patients and requires close monitoring, rapid response, and coordinated care.

• Monitor critically ill patients and report changes in condition
• Administer ordered medications and titratable therapies
• Perform ongoing assessments and document care in the chart
• Assist with ventilator, line, and drain management
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Support emergency interventions and unit procedures

• Active Iowa Registered Nurse license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
