Travel ICU RN in Spokane, WA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will care for critically ill adults in a hospital ICU on a 13-week contract in Spokane, Washington. The unit serves medical ICU patients, including DKA, pneumonia, sepsis, overdose, and dialysis or CRRT cases, with Epic charting and 1:2 ratios.

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients
• Administer IV medications and continuous infusions
• Manage ventilator support and respiratory care needs
• Titrate insulin and sedation protocols
• Interpret dysrhythmias and respond to rhythm changes
• Perform central line care and maintain IV access
• Coordinate care with the interprofessional team

• Active Registered Nurse license in Washington
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 1 year of ICU experience
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios
• Central line care, IV insertion, and dysrhythmia management
• Ventilator management and critical care medication protocols

• Epic charting system experience
