A Per Diem Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care in an acute care hospital in Olympia, Washington. The unit uses Epic and may care for higher-acuity telemetry and stepdown patients with 1:4-5 ratios.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess critically ill patients and respond to changing conditions
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and clinical trends
- Administer medications and titrated treatments as ordered
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Document assessments and interventions in Epic
- Support patients across ICU and stepdown-level needs
Qualifications
- Active Washington Registered Nurse license
- 1+ years of recent ICU experience in a similar hospital setting
- BLS and ACLS certification through AHA
- Epic experience
Preferred Skills
- NIH Stroke Scale experience
- CCRN certification
