Travel ICU RN in Seattle, WA

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Seattle, Washington. The 32-bed unit serves adults and geriatrics, averages 25 to 30 patients daily, uses Epic for charting, and treats sepsis, respiratory failure, and liver transplant cases with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.

• Monitor complex ICU patients and hemodynamics
• Titrate vasoactive, cardiac, and insulin drips
• Manage ventilators, tracheostomy care, and airway support
• Assist with arterial lines, central lines, PICCs, and chest tubes
• Administer blood products and support CRRT
• Interpret ABGs, dysrhythmias, and hemodynamic trends

• Washington Registered Nurse license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• 2 years of intensive care unit experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Experience managing 1:4 intensive care assignments

• CCRN certification
• Transplant experience
• Teaching hospital experience
• CVVHD/CRRT experience
