Travel ICU RN in Portsmouth, NH

A Travel ICU Registered Nurse will provide critical care in an acute care hospital on a 13-week contract in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The 25-bed unit has a 2:1 ratio, uses Meditech Expanse, and serves a comprehensive stroke and level II trauma population.

• Monitor critically ill patients with continuous telemetry and hemodynamic assessment
• Titrate vasoactive and inotrope infusions per patient needs
• Assist with chest tube, ventilator, and airway-related care
• Support central line and arterial line care
• Collaborate with respiratory therapy and the interdisciplinary team
• Document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment

• Current Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• ICU nursing experience
• Strong telemetry skills
• Experience titrating vasoactive and inotrope medications
• Chest tube care experience

• Open heart experience
• Temporary pacing experience
• Swan-Ganz catheter experience
