Travel ICU RN in Idaho Falls, ID

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care support on a 13-week contract in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The 29-bed ICU uses Meditech, has 1:1 and 1:2 ratios, occasionally 1:3, and serves complex patients in a level 2 trauma hospital.

• Monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition
• Manage ventilator support and interpret arterial blood gases
• Titrate vasoactive infusions and track hemodynamic status
• Assist with intubations, central line placement, and bronchoscopies
• Support bedside tracheostomy and PEG tube procedures
• Document patient care and coordinate with the care team

• Active Idaho Registered Nurse license
• ACLS and BLS certification
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ventilator management, ABG interpretation, vasoactive drip titration, and hemodynamic monitoring

• TNCC certification
• NIH Stroke Scale experience
• ABLS certification
