Travel ICU RN in Idaho Falls, ID

A Travel Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will provide critical care in an acute care hospital for a 13-week contract in Idaho Falls, Idaho. The 29-bed unit uses Meditech and typically sees 1:1 and 1:2 patients, with a level 2 trauma center and advanced cardiac support.

• Monitor ventilated patients and assess airway and hemodynamic status
• Titrate vasoactive drips and support invasive hemodynamic monitoring
• Interpret ABGs and respond to changes in critical condition
• Assist with intubations, central line placement, bronchoscopy, and bedside trach and PEG placement
• Manage CRRT, ECMO, Impella, and IABP support
• Coordinate care with physicians, respiratory therapy, and bedside staff

• Active Registered Nurse license in Idaho
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Critical care experience with ventilator management, ABG interpretation, vasoactive drip titration, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• TNCC certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• ABLS certification
